If you are on a pre-paid meter, please ensure you have enough credit. Please also check your fuse box/mains board in case it has tripped. If still no power, check with neighbours/online for news of power cuts in the local area and contact The National Grid on 0800 111 999.

What constitutes an Emergency?

NO HOT WATER & HEATING both at the same time: please contact our emergency service: Dorian – 07830 152233

 

Please note, if only one is not working but the other is - It is NOT considered an emergency

Please note, if your call is not deemed an emergency you may be charged for the call and any contractor/engineer visits, repairs/call out charges.

If a contractor attends and it is deemed to not be a genuine emergency, you may be liable for any costs incurred.

 

WHAT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AN EMERGENCY

 

Appliances Repairs – Please contact your designated property manager.

 

Blocked Drains – This is the tenants’ responsibility as per the tenancy agreement

 

Pest Control - This is the tenants’ responsibility as per the tenancy agreement

 

Noise and Anti-social Behaviour – Please contact local council

 

Central heating – Should be kept on a minimum temperature or timer during winter months to prevent pipes from freezing.

General maintenance issues and minor repairs.

 

Locked out – it is the tenant’s responsibility to keep their keys safe. If you lock yourself out during our open hours, you may be able to collect keys from our offices in Southgate. Please call us on 0208 444 0055. The keys will need to be returned within 48 hours or the next working day.

 

If outside of working hours, an emergency locksmith may be required and will be at the tenants’ cost. Please be careful when selecting an emergency locksmith as some will try to take advantage and charge extortionate fees. We recommend using:
